COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course aims at improving the reading skills of the learners with the help of a number of activities including reading comprehension, identifying basic structure of a paragraph, crafting meaning of the text, understanding organizational patterns and responding critically to texts. Besides, this course will be useful in reading, understanding, analyzing as well as pronunciation and vocabulary building.
The learners will be required to undertake extensive reading for improvement of their comprehension skills. Additionally, they will be exposed to variety of different texts such as graphs, charts and tables to build their analytical skills.
